Software Maintenance
We offer a full software and maintenance option that will ensure that no data is lost. Before any work is performed on a clients pc, all the crucial data, such as documents, email, address books, photo's and settings are backed up to a secure server temporarily.
After the re-installation has taken place, we will endevour to restore the e-mail and document settings to their original state.
Included in the re-installation is a selection of crucial programs and patches such as Service Packs, Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader, Microsoft File Converter to name a few. |

Software and Hardware Troubleshooting
We will troubleshoot Software and Hardware errors with regard to PC's that are not performing as they are supposed to. Our Technical department has a 'Cost to Repair' policy which ultimately mean that ours clients are not charged for labour if we are unable to solve the problem. |
